We are Wiegand-Glas. Our family-run business group is committed to innovative packaging concepts made of glass and PET. With a history that goes back some 450 years and a pleanty of experience in development and production, we have not only become one of the most successful container glass manufacturers in Europe. We also have strong regional roots as an employer in Bavaria and Thuringia. With more than 2,000 dedicated employees in the glass, PET, logistics and energy divisions, we offer our customers complete, integrated solutions.

The traditional company Wiegand-Glas

Our business group offers you a wide range of products and services from a single source. In addition to the development and production of glass containers for the beverage and food industry, this also includes PET bottles, preforms, KeyKegs^® and injection moulded parts. Our competences also include logistics services, the recycling of glass and PET and the generation, storage and transport of renewable energies.
