Wiegand-Glas and Voelkel rely on sustainable reusable bottles

For many years, we have enjoyed a close partnership with Voelkel GmbH, Germany's largest organic juice producer based in Northern Germany (Lower Saxony), whose decades of experience in beverage production have set new standards in bio products, Demeter and sustainability. Together, we have grown year on year and are delighted to accompany Voelkel as their largest bottle supplier.

Kombucha in 0.33 l. BavarianCraft

One particular example of our collaboration is the amber 0,33 l. BavarianCraft returnable bottle. It not only impresses with its modern design but, according to Voelkel, is particularly easy to hold - and comparatively light in weight. “These product characteristics convinced us. We have found the ideal reusable packaging for our Kombucha, a slightly carbonated, fermented soft drink made from green tea and herbs, which we produce in our in-house cidery using traditional methods,” says Jurek Voelkel, Managing Director Sales and Marketing.
