Our services at a glance
Product development
We develop jars and bottles for the food and beverage industry in cooperation with you. There are hardly any limits to the design, as long as it is technically feasible. On the way to your finished product we take care of design drafts and demonstrate your sample in the form of a rendering, a 3D print or a plexiglass model. On request, we can also produce initial samples in glass.
Technical customer service
Our technical customer service team will assist you with all technical questions about our products. Among other things, we check whether containers are suitable for your desired application or specific requirements. In addition, we offer support with filling and also assist you on site at your premises. Due to our close cooperation with testing institutes and key involvement in the development of new articles, the quality of the glass packaging is always guaranteed.
Eco2Bottle
With Eco2Bottle, we offer for the first time a concept with which we precisely analyse all steps from the development to the manufacturing of your product and identify various measures to improve your carbon footprint. Each individual measure contributes in total to an optimal result. A coordinated toolbox helps us weigh up all the measures identified and develop solutions for things that seem impossible at first glance.
Crate packing
We can take over the packing of our products in your individual crates at any time. Thanks to automated processes and the modern plant technology in our service centre, we are flexible and efficient.
Assembly of swing stoppers
With our fully automatic assembling plant of swing stoppers we deliver your product fully assembled directly to you. Tedious, manual assembly with swing stoppers is no longer necessary. You save coordination effort and unnecessary travel. This also protects the environment.
Boxing
We are happy to take care of boxing your jars for you. We are flexible with regards to the choice of jars and cardboard boxes. Providing our additional services we add real value to your value chain.
Coating and finishing
To ensure that you receive your individual desired product from a single source, we offer numerous coating options. These include customer-specific colours – transparent, opaque, glossy or frosted. But we can also implement bicolour designs, certain colour shades or frost effects. No matter if you would like to have a small series or a large series finished – we present your jars and bottles in the perfect light.
Individual colour selection
We can meet your special requirements for coloured bottles thanks to forehearth colouring. We have installed colouring feeders on two of our most modern IS machines for this purpose. Contact us if you would like to know more about the possibilities of forehearth colouring.
Packaging optimisation
As a manufacturer of mass products, the maximum utilisation of storage and freight space in connection with customer-specific requirements is a key challenge. By consistently optimising packaging with our customers, as well as by our willingness to change packaging designs at a later date through repackaging services, we take both our ecological and economic responsibilities into account.
Return of waste glass
Waste glass is one of our most important raw materials. We would also be happy to take over the recycling of waste glass from your production sites for you. In this way we ensure – together with you – a functioning cycle.
