Best conditions for future career prospects
Congratulations! In a small ceremony at the Schleusingen plant, the management, plant management, HR department and works councils honoured the successful graduates at the end of their training. There was great joy among the 18 trainees who successfully completed their training this year. They have already been offered permanent positions. They will be employed as specialists in the various commercial or technical areas of Wiegand-Glas.

Six trainees were honoured for their outstanding academic achievements. They completed their training with an average grade of 1.9 or better. As a reward, each trainee with a grade 1 was given a tablet.
Managing Director Dr Thomas Struppert, who was also present, congratulated them on successfully passing their training examination and the preceding apprenticeship period. "We are delighted that all of the future specialists will remain with us and actively support us with the expertise and knowledge they have acquired. We are giving them the opportunity to continue to develop in their field of work. The development of specialists among our own staff is particularly important to us." A Wiegand backpack was also given as a small gift.
