People make the difference 

As part of our anniversary celebrations, in June we had the pleasure of honouring 113 employees from various divisions and all our sites for 10, 25, 40 or 50 years of service. At the same time, 56 long-serving employees were officially bid farewell as they retired. The event was a highlight of our anniversary year and was entirely dedicated to the people who have helped shape our company’s history and played a key role in our success.

This anniversary year in particular has once again made it clear that 100 years of company history are not built on buildings or machinery – but on the people who take on responsibility every day and shape the future through their dedication. The management, works council members, HR managers and several local mayors congratulated the jubilarians on their long-standing loyalty and thanked them for their daily commitment.
