We are happy to welcome our new trainees

The first weeks are exciting. You get to know to each other, explore our company locations and are handed over all you need for a successful start of your training. 

"For most young people this is the first contact with the world of work. And we want to make it a gentle introduction. Thus, all trainees take part in our welcome event on their first day", Johanna Raab, training supervisor at out plant in Steinbach am Wald, explains.

In-house training is important for us

We provide apprenticeships for 16 different professions and offer our junior staff the chance of a successful professional future. This includes not only providing apprenticeships every year, but also offering permanent employment after the completion of the apprenticeship. This is our aim!
