INDUSTRIE INTOUCH 2025 – We took part!

As part of this year's “INDUSTRIE INTOUCH – Thüringens Süden”, our plant in Ernstthal opened its doors once again on November 5, 2025. Numerous visitors took the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at Wiegand-Glas and experience production. During the event, visitors had the opportunity to find out about training and career opportunities at Wiegand-Glas.

The tours through the glass plant and workshops, which were accompanied by our trainees, were well attended. Over snacks and cool drinks, our training and HR managers were available to answer questions about job profiles and training. We were delighted with the great response. Our new melting furnace and the modern finished goods warehouse were of particular interest. An all-round successful afternoon with many interesting conversations, interested guests and exciting insights into glass production.
