A warm welcome to our trainees!

We had the pleasure of welcoming 29 new trainees to all locations of the Wiegand-Glas Group as part of our annual welcome event this week.

Together with Managing Director Dr. Thomas Struppert, plant management, HR department and works councils, we started with a presentation of the group and the chance to get to know our new trainees. In addition to welcoming the new trainees, a special highlight was the honoring of our trainees who had just completed their training this year – combined with valuable insights and tips from their training period for their new colleagues.

After a joint lunch break, we went straight into practice with an exciting tour of the production facilities, where we gained first-hand insights into the working world and glass production.

We wish all new trainees a successful start and look forward to working with them!
