"Thuringian fair days: Meet, experience, enjoy"

From 26 to 29 August 2021, the Thuringian fair days took place. We participated on the subject Working & Living in the countryside together with the organisation KOMET. The aim is to show local youth and professionals interested in moving different prospects in rural areas.

We inform about current professional offers, training or internships

Our trade fair team was supported by Mr. Janik, the project manager of the organisation KOMET, Cornelia Ehrsam, HR manager at our glass plant in Großbreitenbach and Angela Matthias, HR manager at PET-Verpackungen GmbH Deutschland. Thus, all those interested had the opportunity to obtain first-hand information about current professional offers, training or internships directly on-site.

We are convinced, that there are a variety of career opportunities for young people and families in rural areas. Work, living and leisure are close together. Rural areas also score with active leisure activities and a range of day care centers provide good care for the youngest. Associations and local traditions offer variety and experience during the whole year.
