Advice on product selection

We will show you the options available to you to determine which additives and production processes are ideal for your PET packaging. From the selection of raw materials to the recommendation of barrier solutions, we provide individual advice. Thanks to our experience with recyclates, we can also advise you on closed-loop systems.

Preform and bottle development

We advise and support you in modifying or developing new development preforms and bottles, for example from drawing drafts to prototyping and series production. One of our greatest strengths: we have access to a large portfolio of bottles and threads. Our modular tools can be easily adapted for the production of your individual product. This enables us to offer you an optimal product quickly and efficiently.

Development of special packaging solutions

You have special wishes or special requirements for PET packaging? With our experts you will find the optimal solution. PET is a universal material. It is also ideal for replacing existing packaging solutions.

Quality inspections

Our PET granules, preforms and PET bottles are subject to constant quality controls. Because quality is no coincidence. This is why we carry out inspections as early as on receipt of the granulate as well as during the production process and afterwards to check the finished product. Production processes are monitored online and all relevant data is recorded. In the course of the production process, the bottles are of course also marked and thus prepared for complete traceability.

Process training for blow moulding machine operators

If required, we train our customers' experts on how to use blow moulding machines. From the adjustment of the blow moulding machines through to their operation, we pass our expert knowledge on to your employees. In doing so, we make sure to set the appropriate process parameters and keep energy consumption in mind. Our technicians are happy to visit you at your premises. We also offer you the opportunity to complete a training course with us in order to optimise your processes.
