5330 years belonging to Wiegand-Glas: Longtime employees honoured

The honouring of employees belonging for decades to the company and the farewell of retirees is firmly anchored in the tradition of the Wiegand-Glas group. We recently invited more than 300 jubilees of the past three years to our Schleusingen plant and honoured them in a ceremony for their 10, 25 and 40 years of loyalty and commitment to the company. At the same time, more than 100 employees retired. The celebrations took place during our Wiegand-Event in September 2023.

Expertise, engagement and loyalty have always been success factors.

In his speech, Oliver Wiegand, owner and CEO, congratulated the employees from the glass, PET and logistics business units. Himself and his cousin Nikolaus Wiegand were also among those honoured; both have been with the company for more than 25 years. Each jubilarian was presented with a certificate and the retirees were sent off into their well-deserved retirement. Congratulations!
