Wiegand-Glas receives silver medal at EcoVadis.

We have renewed our EcoVadis assessment for 2022 and are pleased to announce that we have been able to achieve the silver level for the first time. After being awarded a bronze rating last year, we improved our rating significantly from 49 to 65 points. As a result, we are now among the top 10 percent of companies assessed by EcoVadis in our industry.

EcoVadis is an internationally recognized assessment platform in the field of corporate social responsibility. The assessment focuses on 21 criteria, which are divided into four thematic areas: Environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

Our performance demonstrates our commitment to sustainability.

The findings give us the opportunity to continuously monitor our ambitious sustainability targets and the associated implementation of specific measures as well as to quickly identify potential for improvement. The award shows us that the path we have chosen is the right one and must be pursued with just as much commitment in the future.
